Built by operators for the natural gas market.

ThermSuite is the modern signal infrastructure the institutional natural gas market has been missing — built by people who have run trading desks, scheduled pipelines, modeled basis, and shipped data products at the firms the industry already trusts.

ThermSuite — hand-sketched wolf banner

Why this exists

The natural gas market deserves modern signal infrastructure. Today the data layer the market relies on is built on brittle source connections, on methodology that's promised but rarely visible in the product, and on delivery stacks designed for a pre-API era.

ThermSuite was built to invert each of those defaults. Data lineage is a first-class commitment, not a competitive moat — every event traces back to its origin notice, every interpretation is reproducible from its inputs, every score is reviewable by the buyer. Methodology is visible in the product, not gated behind a sales conversation — the audit team sees what the trader sees. Delivery is API-first by design and built to plug into the workflow the buyer already runs, not to be the workflow itself.

Operating tenets

Each is a stance, not a slogan: visible in the product, in the methodology, and in how the platform is built.

Operating tenets — the same indigo emblem stamped on four substrates of different textures; identical impression across four contexts

Methodology is published. The platform's data sources, standardization layer, severity-grading dimensions, model validation discipline, and reproducibility commitments are visible to the buyer through the product itself. What the buyer evaluates in the demo is what the platform actually does.

Latency is a feature. Not a luxury, not a marketing claim, not something the platform engineers toward when the customer asks. Sub-minute notice resolution is part of the product definition. Polling-cycle architectures and ten-minute default cadences are the legacy the platform was built to leave behind.

Curation beats enumeration. Coverage is the pipelines and corridors that physically move Henry Hub prices, not the largest meter count the platform can publish. A vendor monitoring two hundred pipelines without knowing which five actually move price is selling a count, not a signal. The platform's scope-claim discipline holds the line on relevance over breadth.

The buyer's existing stack is sacred. The institutional natural gas trader has built a workflow over years — risk system, dashboards, alerting infrastructure, basis spreadsheets, trade-capture tooling. The platform's job is to plug into that stack, not to replace it. The additive posture isn't a sales position; it's a product commitment that shows up in API-first delivery and configurable alert routing.

The platform is built for any deployment.

Infrastructure

Hosted on private infrastructure, with no public-internet exposure of the product surface and configurable network isolation to the buyer's compliance requirements.

Compliance

SSO/SAML available for institutional deployments. SOC 2 in progress. Data lineage and audit logs available on request, with retention windows configurable to the buyer's compliance requirements.

Methodology and reproducibility

Methodology visible in the product (see the Methodology page). Every interpretation reproducible from its inputs. Every event traceable from raw source to API.

Sales motion

ThermSuite is sold through direct engagement with natural gas market participants. The sales conversation is consultative — the buyer brings the use case, the platform shows the discipline live against the buyer's specific corridors and events.
